Order Fulfillment


To eliminate mass-manufacturing waste and preserve biological ingredient freshness, our products are freshly prepared on demand.  Please allow 2–5 business days for our clean production process before your order ships. Orders containing more than 200 items may take 5–10 business days to process.


Shipping Times & Carriers


All products ship from our U.S. fulfillment centers. Delivery times vary by destination:
US Domestic


•     Regular: 1–4 business days via USPS
•     Express: 1–3 business days via USPS Priority


International – Zone 1 (Canada)
•     2–5 business days via FedEx*


International – Zone 2 (Europe)
France, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Malta, Norway, Portugal, Sweden


•     2–5 business days via FedEx*
International – Zone 3 (Asia-Pacific)
Australia, Indonesia, Macau, New Zealand, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, South Korea

Customs & Import Fees
All international customers are responsible for customs and import duties. These fees are determined by your local government and are not included in our shipping charges.

*We do not ship to U.S. military bases.


Multiple Warehouses


We ship from several U.S. locations, with our main warehouse in Denver, CO. Orders may be split across multiple shipments (this will not affect your shipping cost).

Tracking & Updates


Tracking details are emailed once your order ships. Please allow 1–2 extra days for carrier systems to update. Use the appropriate carrier’s website (USPS, FedEx) to track your package.

🔄 Returns & Refunds


We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the intimate nature of our skincare products. All sales are final.


If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the item or provide an appropriate resolution. Refunds, when approved, are issued to the original payment method.
