🕒 When will my order ship?
We do our best to ship all orders within 1-2 business days of the order being placed, but please note that during busy periods and your bank's processing time, additional fulfillment time may be required.
For standard deliveries within Canada and the US, it typically takes 3-8 business days for delivery from the shipment date, but it can sometimes take up to 11 business days. For express deliveries, you can expect delivery within 1-2 business days of the shipment date.
Please note any international orders outside of Canada and the US can sometimes take up to 3 weeks for delivery
📦 Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship to select countries including Canada, France, Italy, Australia, South Korea, and more. Please see our [Shipping & Returns Policy] for the full list.
Note: We do not ship to the United Kingdom or U.S. military bases.
💰 What are the shipping costs?
We charge a flat rate of $8.00 USD for domestic shipping. International rates vary by destination and carrier.
🧾 Will I be charged customs fees?
If you live outside the U.S., you may be responsible for customs and import duties. These are determined by your local government and are not included in our shipping charges.
🔄 Can I return my order?
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.
🧴 What ingredients do you use?

🚫 What ingredients do you avoid?
We never use parabens, phthalates, silicones, sulfates, synthetic fragrances, or dyes.
